My foray into fitness began at 23 with a lot of trial and error. 3 years later I discovered the transformative power of hypertrophy training and I've experienced the benefits of full-range of motion lifting and balanced nutrition, making fitness an essential part of my life.
With a Bachelor’s in Health Science, a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology, and experience running a women’s boot camp, I became a certified personal trainer to help others achieve their best.
I'm a mom, balancing training clients and parenting a busy toddler, so I know what it's like to have multiple priorities while wanting to put my health first so I can show up for my family. Balance, flexibility, and consistency are my main goals for myself and my clients.
My coaching philosophy is simple: to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make small, effective choices that fit your lifestyle and goals, and lead to lifelong health.

I include a level of nutrition coaching with all my services. I believe in flexibility and teaching clients skills for forming balanced nutrition habits. I tend to lean away from strict meal plans, and offer simple recipes and tips for managing caloric intake, and increasing protein.

Clients who book the minimum amount of monthly sessions will receive ongoing coaching, custom programs they can do at home/at the gym, and nutrition coaching and guidance.
